Tunch has been traveling out of the country for the last several weeks and I haven`t been given an update lately on production. I`ll be sure to follow up with him soon to get an ETA. I think we`re very close to putting this on sale. If I had to gamble, I`d say that the final version will be a RTU product and will be VERY cost effective! In fact, I have a 55 gallon drum being shipped to me right now if that says anything about price.
    24 ounces for $16.99?! You weren`t kidding!

So this is not concentrated, if we want to use on paint what is the procedure, 1-1?

Yeah, the high price gravy train has been ridden for quite a while which has turned off a ton of people(myself included) from trying these types of products. I can`t speak on all the companies, but the ones that don`t manufacturer their own products might not be able to compete in this arena?

Believe it or not, it`s not very expensive to produce this product, yet many companies have been getting away with marking it up more than any other product they carry. I know the wholesale cost that a few rebottlers are paying and I can assure you it`s being stepped on pretty hard.
Ok, so it may be the "most cost-effective iron remover on the market"; at $80/gal. it`s a lot cheaper than Iron X, and significantly cheaper than FerreX, although that`s not quite apples to apples since FerreX is a combined product like Trix. The way you talked about price in the beginning sounded like it was going to be $50 a gallon. Anyway, kudos on the new price leader (I think, I really didn`t survey all the products as there are so many now).

The product is meant for full strength on rims. It can be diluted to save money, but will need to dwell longer.

It can be diluted 1|1 or 1|2 for paint.

Any shipping codes available to us? $11 to ship a 24oz bottle is too rich for my blood.

I`m presuming these products may be available on Amazon Prime at some point like other 3D products.

Now that I`m thinking about it...the Griot`s Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner is $50 a gallon, I haven`t even used mine so I have no idea how it would compare to BDX.

Unfortunately, Shipping Rates are pricey to ship across the country. We are actually negotiating new rates with FedEx/UPS and will pass those on when we get them.

You could hold off until Auto Geek/Autopia gets it.

They will be there. Will take several weeks to a month though.

Used it for the first time yesterday. Worked great. Less smell than Iron X and 24 ounces is a nice size to have. I did all four wheels on a Mercedes with two applications per wheel and decontaminated the paint and had plenty left over. I`m going to try it diluted next.

Great to hear, Vega! I`m looking forward to hearing how the diluted version works.
