Outstanding Customer Service Today From 3D

Ordered online from 3D California a 32oz bottle of their new AAT #501 compound. Found out that due to high demand its not available anywhere else. I wanted expedited shipment from CA-CT. Couldn`t do it online. So I called 3D shipment and was told by Hector that he would have to set up the purchase manually for me. Normal shipment via USPS or FedEx takes 5-6-7 days to CT. I wanted 2-3 days Priority via USPS. He called me back in 5 mins with the Priority cost. Then he asked if I ever used 3D polishes before. Told him I only used HD Polish which in turn drove me to try the new #501. So then he tells me he will include 3 sample products for me to try at no extra cost (2 oz each of HD Cut, HD Speed and their new #502 final polish). Sometimes you get 1 sample on an order from a company and then pay for the rest. Not this time. All 3 were for free. If you`re looking for top-notch CS try 3D HD out of California. They are very, very good. Will receive the package on FRI. Thanks Hector Garcia for the samples and your help!

So impressed with #501 that I have not yet tried CUT. But will down the road. SPEED is an A-1 with wax. Currently using a coating after a final polish and a panel wipe-down. Tried #502 but got hazing for some reason after using #501. Will have to try it again. HD polish still my favorite FP.
