Whats Up Guys

Hey I'm Morgan I'm 27 from Milwaukee, WI...Been reading a lot on the site for a while now, but now decided to join. Being 6'7'' you wouldn't think I detail cars lol as my back hurts sometimes after long details anyways I've already learned a lot from reading posts from everyone especially the guys from tropical detailing, scottwax, etc. You guys do some really great work! One thing that was a little hard at first was learning all the abbreviations everybody uses for everything...ex SIP...I became good friends with the search button lol.

I see their are a few guys from WI here, which is cool. One thing I laughed at was reading Tropical Detailing's Click and Brag with those exotics. Man I'm lucky to see some of those cars I couldn't imagine working on them lol....anyways just wanted to say hi and introduce myself!

Welcome Morgan to Autopia! are you using a machine or by hand? by the look of products your off to a good start. Wash, Clay, SIP, 106FF then deepswax (remember to wait at least 35-45 mins between coats of deepswax) for a wetter look. Any questions ask , there is always someone to help you out..........enjoy!

I'm using a PC with orange pad for the SIP. I have 5.5 inches and 4 inch ones. Then the 106ff with a white pad. Can you put the SWAX on with a machine or is it preferred by hand? How long should I leave it on the car b4 I buff it off? When I signed up I got a coupon that is good for 20% off the UDM. After reading a lot about it I think I'm going to pick one up. I want to get really good on these b4 I think about using a rotary. And when i do i'm just going to get a practice hood or panel to work on to start.

And BLUEZERO thanks. How bout those packers, hey? That was the funniest thing yesterday to see darren sharper and that other guy run into each other and then we got the touchdown. The one guy had it...sharper just wanted to get it cuz of all the trash talk. All in all Brett is having the best season in a long time.
