Complete newbie here. I've previously only washed n waxed with OTC products, and I've been through many automatic car washes in the past. Sorry!

I recently became interested in detailing when I got my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 in Cosmic Blue Mica. The paint is unusually thin and prone to chips/scratches... that got me searching. I found all of the popular detailing forums, and Autopia seems like the best by far! But you already knew that.

There's so much info here, it's amazing! I've been lurking for awhile, and I've learned a whole lot already. I'm soaking up knowledge like a grout sponge! Now I just have to choose the products I want out of the million choices out there...
