Long time lurker, first time poster

I joined this forum a while back and got too involved in another similar forum to spend any time here. Well that other board went to the great car wash in the sky, so here I am looking for more information.

I have several purposes here, the first is to learn as much as I can about detailing tips and tricks to save me time and money. The second is to find out about new products whenever they become available and how they compare to existing products. Third is to determine if becoming a detailer as a profession would be right for me. Fourth is because I want to be sure I have the occupant handle on every major message board on the internet worth being on.

So although I drive a filthy old farm truck, spend many hours each week riding on an ancient tractor, and couldn't get my wife to use a litter bag in her car to save my life, I hope to have a good experience here and maybe, just maybe, convince my significantly better half to be a little neater while driving her jellybean car. That alone would give me 2-3 hours of my week back every week!
