Hello everybody, my name is Nick. I'm 22 and have been fooling around with some detailing for 5 years, but never took the plunge into the deep end. I just bought the UDM and a bunch of Ultima products.
I drive a silver 1996 Infiniti I30 which I look forward to make sparkle.

I found out about Autopia from the detailing folks over at Maxima. org, notable Prinz. I live in the DC area, and would love to meet some pro's to see their methods in action.

Anyways, I have a ton of questions that I've tried to post in the general section, but it looks like I need some posts to do that, so I thought I would introduce myself here.

I tried to make a thread in the general detailing section, but the thread didn't appear. I didn't include any links or pics. I know I need 5 posts, but I should have that by now. Would there be any reason why I couldn't make my own thread?

Well I still don't understand why I can't make a thread in the general section. Do I need 10 posts to do that or something? I'm not posting pics or links....I don't get it.
