New Member from Los Angeles County

Hello,
I want to start off by saying hello to everyone.

I placed an order on a Montego Blue BMW 335i Coupe,
Here's some pics of the color:

which I should be receiving it in about 12 weeks. Which would give me good time to study on how to properly wash the car.
Well, I read the term "dealer installed swirl option" on this forum before and some people are saying that I should leave the shipping on the inside and outside of the car and tell the dealer not wash or wax the car. My question is what do I need so I can prep a new car? I'm a complete novice when it comes to washing a car and was wondering if you guys can tell me on which products to buy and how to wash the car once I receive and how to keep to maintain it clean.

one more thing, if I plan to do add a clear bra on my car, do I install it before or after I wash the car.

If you search around the forums and site a little bit you will find tons, and I mean TONS of good information for taking care of your new pride and joy.

The clear bra needs to be applied to perfectly clean paint. Any residue of shipping plastic adhesive or any kind of dirt or contamination must be cleaned off first.

I think i'm going to get someone professionally to clean my car once I recieve it. Is there anyone that you guys would recommend in the Southeast Los angeles county? I work in Southgate and I live in Downey. So anyone that you would recommend that's close to that area would be great.
