Welcome, sure you can put something over a cleaner-wax, but it's not necessary. The cleaner wax is a one step product, a shortcut if you will. A full blown detail would separate those steps as a polish then a wax. If you decide to put something over the cleaner wax, it should be a true LSP, Last Step Product.
