Actually Sandy is dusty!!!... AND salty in the winter 'cause they dump tons of salt on the roads, sometimes at intersections like 5cm...... try that in Europe.....

Its dusty because everything is under construction out there. Between freeway construction and homes being built, its not a wonder that car covers aren't bigger sellers out here.
