I've used the exact same combination. However, I used a swirl remover before the 3M glaze. The #7 is similar to the 3M glaze. Many here prefer it. Next time you do a full detail, try replacing the 3M glaze with the #7 before you put on the 3M Show Car Wax.

I find the 3M products can be difficult to remove. I use them on my parent's vehicles.

Did you use 3M paste wax or liquid? I use the paste but mist the applicator with some quick detail like what comes your Mother's clay bar system. Makes it easier to work with.

I'm using the 3M liquid products. I've found that the 3M glaze is pretty darn hard to remove. The 3M show car wax, however couldn't be any easier.

I'll try the #7 next time, thanks for the suggestion.
