Re: Oh no, another newbie from PA

Hello, all PA newbies!

I was born in Lock Haven, grew up in Bellefonte, near State College, and now live in Clearfield (about an hour west of SC).

You will find plenty of good info here. I sure have!

Re: Oh no, another newbie from PA

I tried drawing some out by putting together a meet a few years ago, but no one was really interested, I guess.

Re: Oh no, another newbie from PA

Maybe a summer '10 meet would be good. State College is a great place during the summer, as PSU is pretty quiet, with most of the students gone for the summer.

Seeing as how there are a fair number of "easterners," Harrisburg isn't a bad idea, either. I bought my latest car from a dealer near Harrisburg. It's not that tough for me to get there.

And, I know Pittsburgh fairly well. I did my student teaching at Peters Township (a very long time ago), and I'll never pass on an opportunity to pick up Italian goodies at the Strip District.
