Just signed up today. I have been researching detailing information for the last few weeks and have been posting up ideas on several car forums but I figured, a forum dedicated to car-care is probably the best place.
I avidly wash and wax my vehicles, but being they are older, they could really use corrective measures. I really enjoy working on them too and I don't see it as a burden, so I hope to take steps towards becoming a better detailer.
My birthday is coming up and I plan on getting supplies so I can start detailing my vehicles soon [buffer/polishes/etc]. I have a list of items I feel will be good starters too. I am going to do some searching on the forums first before I post up my questions so I don't get chastised for not used the search button
I will be making a thread later in another forum regarding my budget and information I have so far.
