MI Newbie(?)

Have been lurking for a while and had a question- I hate cleaning detailing my car- which goes against this board I know, but... what should I look for in a detailer? I assume that a smaller shop would take better care of the car, but I usually end up getting it washed.detailed at like Jax or one of the big guys. They do a decent job, but I'm sure with what they charge a smaller outfit would do for less or provide more value for the same dollar, am I correct in thinking this? Any ideas and thoughts would be appreciated. The weather is finally good and the ride needs to look good as well. Thanks!

Welcome from another Michigander!

Don't assume anything when it comes to shops. I've seen large shops do better work than some small ones and visa versa. Your best bet is to talk to people who've used the shops and see if they are happy. Preferably picky people that pay attention to fine details. Where abouts are you located? I know detailers throughout the state and could help you find one.
