Hi, new member from KS (at least for now). Really got into the DIY detailing about 2-3 years ago. Culmination of a long journey...

Started out washing my '66 Mustang (first car) often with the old t-shirt and dish detergent. A long series of uninteresting cars and too little time got me into the 'protective layer of dirt' mentality phase. Got more interested in 2005 when I got my Mini cooper. With it, I've gone from mr clean autowash to ordering more microfiber and Prima products than I have space for
