Just Saying Hello

I would like to say hello to all members here at Autopia.For quite a few weeks i have been trolling your site interested in findind a solution to my problem.I also hope to learn a few tricks since my bad experience with the car dealer that i purchased my new car from.Unfortunately through carelessness they have ruined my finish with swirl marks galore.This problem originally started with just the hood,when they tried to fix the hood they put swirl marks on my two front fenders,rear passenger door,Rear hatch,front windshield post and roof edge.This all started after i took it in for its first oil change.After two full agonizing months they have now agreed to having me take my car to an outside pro detailer.Hopefully i will find someone as good as the members here on autopia who i find passionate about what they do.
