Met a number of large shiny cars at SSHS8 last Saturday..

Mark's a cool dude. He actually towed my car over to my buddy's shop for me when the trans broke. That was about 2 weeks ago now I guess. I've had my Impy for 10 years, so I've been around these cars for a long time and I know alot of the local guys that have them.

SSHS8 was cool. I've been to all of them held in Commerce. Did you race at SSHS8?
I picked up a new trans there from Shane and sent my converter back to Edge for a cut and clean. I should be back on the road in the next 2 weeks.

I've been to the last 3 now, and I'll be there next year too, God Willin' and the Creek Don't Rise...
I ran a personal best of 13.5 at 103 with a number of passes in the 13.6-13.8 range, best mph was 104.
A lot of cool folks running big cars - a good time was had by almost everyone...
