White emulsion “overspray” on my new black Golf.

Hello all, I’m new to the forum although I am an enthusiast.
I need help.
I have a nearly new black, Golf GTI, bought it 2 weeks ago …it was black before a builder covered it in white “overspray” while painting the house next door (in London).
I think its emulsion paint. On close inspection most panels are covered in droplets.
I am loathed to give it to anyone who doesn’t know how to deal with it properly…
Can anyone help? I would like a recommendation as I’m out of my depth, the car is black…not even metallic! I should get it polished by a pro; can anyone recommend someone in the London area?
Or should I do it myself?
