New bloke,few questions.....

Hello all,new bloke here!
few questions if i may,firstly i dont know if ishould use the word "valet" on here as thats what i thought i did......i do this part time,hopeing to go full time,now everything by hand is find,i.e,hand polishing,glazing,all other interior work etc,but no machine polishing,is there any courses/places you can go to be shown how to do this competently?as i would like to know,as i feel there could sometimes be need for me to do this,but dont fancy just diveing straight in!!!
secondly,what do you lot do about insurance,liability is fine,im talking just incase a customers car gets damaged,any companys to recomend,how much etc??

any info would be greatly received

In terms of machine polishing the easiest thing to do is buy a PC as it is effective and hard to go wrong.

Sorry, I have no ideas about insurance maybe one of the UK professionals could help you.
