Yeah order some AIO, the larger bottle if you can afford it, and maybe a small bottle of SG to go with that.

Top service from both suppliers!

Screwfix: Ordered at 1pm, received package next day at 7:30am! Never heard of a courier company delivering before 9am!

Autopia: Got my order correct and at a great price! The box was a bit battered once it got to my front door, but it only took 6 working days to get here from ordering! Excerp from delivery info:

Delivered Abroad, August 22, 2005, 8:00 am, GREAT BRITAIN
Out of Foreign Customs, August 19, 2005, 5:51 pm, GREAT BRITAIN
Arrived Abroad, August 19, 2005, 5:47 pm, GREAT BRITAIN
International Dispatch, August 17, 2005, 10:34 am, LOS ANGELES AMC
Enroute, August 17, 2005, 10:32 am, LONG BEACH, CA 90810
Enroute, August 16, 2005, 3:52 pm, SAN DIEGO, CA 92137
Acceptance, August 16, 2005, 3:06 pm, SAN DIEGO, CA 92123

No tax or import duty to pay due to the decreased value on the shipping label (thanks autopia!)

Now ive just got to use it on the car once it stops raining!

Thanks again to 182_blue for writing up the guide..Just another pointer. When ordering from screwfix you can get £10 off your next order if the total order comes to over £50 by referring a friend..may be of use to someone.

Well for the autopia bits it came to £181, but that includes extras which i purchased and postage which is around £20 in itself and a £1 charge from my bank for an overseas transaction.. Just the PC would come to around £115 delivered

The parts from screwfix come to around £46. So around £160 for the PC and required cables in total.

Hi, newbie here. been hovering for a while just taking in the HUGE amount of info on this site. Am taking the plunge next week and ordering myself a PC and DAS pads and some AIO and some other bits and bobs, all adds up after the original cost of just the PC and all the other stuff ive convinced myself i need!

going to be a lot of practicing needed though as a few people have asked me to do some light work on their cars, which has prompted me to get the PC so i can give my fingers a break!!

will no doubt be askin a few questions in the next couple of weeks, lol!!!
