Removing tarnish from stainless steel exhaust

Is there a product that works? Nevrdull does the best but it doesn't take the brownish marks away, what do you guys use ?

If that's long-term brownish marks you're referring too, I'd go for a very fine steel wool with soapy water and patience. Then use a metal polish to bring it back to life.
