John, I'll swing by over the winter to give you some samples of products if you'd like. Going to be heading up to Tahoe a lot this year as I finally got my Yakima ski rack

You're going boarding this Sam? I need to get some new boots and bindings. The Ride Timeless is still going strong after 4 seasons.

As you know, I've got the new 1Z line. But you think i can sample some 106? I heard word that you can speed up polishing to about 13-1500rpm or more and finish out after being broken down. With this new 1Z line, its recommended that you keep it at 1k-1100rpm and finish the whole way till broken down. It takes literally 3-5 minutes. Work comes out great but i dont have all the time in the world. Kinda impatient with the vertical panels. Arms get tired after a while.

Re: Detailer Needed: Bay Area (close to San Jose)

yeah man i'll bring you a bottle on the way up. I'm waiting for those $99 dollar boards from sierraskisnowboard.com. I need to pick up some Mission LTD bindings and a new board. I just bought myself a new 689 jacket and driver x boots last year. Can't wait man.

You can always go higher in speed and then slow down man. That's what I usually do, 900 then 1200 --> 1500 --> 1800 --> and then slowly back down. I forgot what this method was called though but it works for me. I have problems getting to the lower panels with the rotary and I'm still having a hard time controlling it. Maybe you can show me how you do it when i stop by!

Re: Detailer Needed: Bay Area (close to San Jose)

Yea i know what you're talkin about. The zenith method right? With this line, it doesnt quite work that way. Needs to be worked in the low rpms all throughout. I've tried with the zenith method and didnt get much luck.

But I spoke to my cousin over the weekend and he was telling me that he can get some free snowboards since he works at a shop. I told him i just need boots and bindings. Maybe some new clothing cause it's just outdated. Where do you usually board at?

Re: Detailer Needed: Bay Area (close to San Jose)

I was helping my cousin move to his new townhouse. Its freakin awesome, he lives right across the street from those 2mil. dollar homes. And the view from his balcony is the golf course. And i just met some of his new neighbors and they introduced themselves to me. hahaha. Boy was i surprised.

But where did you get your gear from? Ski and Snowboard patio? How come you dont just go to tri city in fremont? They got a junk load of goods there. But yea, whenever you're in the area, call me up and then we can go indoor go-karting. hahaha
