Hi, I'm new, need help to located detail supplies in Bay Area

Hi, I got introduced into this forum by the previous owner of my car. It is a 98 240sx; not any luxury sport car like those Ferrari and Porsche that I found in this forum. But took me a long time to find and I do want to take a very good care of it.

I've been very actively taking care of my cars, but after I read this forum's Guide, I found myself doing the wrong way by using the wrong technique and wrong tools. So first of all I really want to find myself a right set of tools. I hope somebody who also live in Bay Area can tell me if there is a complete detail supply store with affordable price. Thanks.

Frank

Bunmango, I see you're in berkeley also! We should meet up sometime and just have lunch. I'm working this week and next week probably. Got a line of cars lined up. Want to trade products, or sample? PM Me!

Hey, thanks Sam and Keesue. Kragen, autozone and redzone are I all I know so far. I just checked Auto Detailing, it is pretty cool. Is it carrying good price compare to other stores too?

Auto Detailing is a great place, i'd order from there but paying 10.99 for #26 yellow wax and paying 6 dollars on top of that for wax isn't worth it. They do give you some awesome prices. Have you tried those WW drying towels from Meguiars?

Re: Hi, I'm new, need help to located detail supplies in Bay Area

I've been reading this forum's detail guide. I'm thinking to get some Meguiars' products, like its Mit & Wipe, but I'm still confuse for what microfiber towels to get. I've been using the yellow towels from Custco, haha it's cheap and works very well, but I don't know which category does it fit into: washing, drying, or buffing. But I think it is a microfiber towel?

Oh, I heard from my previous owner that he doesn't use wax, but he uses some brand called "Klasse" which protect paint. He had been keeping the car in an awesome condition, can't complain any about it. Any idea of it? Is it a quick detailing spray?

Sorry got so many questions
