That last austin detailer thread made me realize there are more autopians in Austin than I realized. I was wondering if anyone local wants to buy, sell or trade products? I want to avoid shipping if possible.

NXT liquid wax, 60% full
Meguiar's Premium Paint Cleaner, one unopened, other one 60% full
ScratchX, 40% full
ColorX, 80% full

Hey fellow Austinites, is there a good autoparts store in town that sells good detailing products and equipment? The only place I know of is The Pep Boys on Lamar, but it's not great.

Not really...your better off ordering online. The only stuff I get locally are my 100% skeepskin washmitts, and sometimes my claybar.

Let me know what you are looking for. I have gallons of Meguiars polishes so I certainly could sell you some of it if that is what you are looking for.

Well I know online stores are better, but what's the best shop in town for supplies? I'm thinking of checking out Autozone on Burnet, unless there's a bigger and better one at a different location. Thoughts?

what exactly are you looking for? We get some of our stuff from CCP (Commercial Chemical Products). They are a PRO distributor PRO Car Beauty Online-Home . They also carry an assortment of products, Lexol, neverdull, etc, but most of the small showroom consists of the pro automotive line. Here is the address:
