WANTED: detail for 1989 911 Porsche Cab near LAX (Los Angeles International Airport)

Hi:
I have a 1989 911 Cabriolet, Black on linen, with 125,000 miles that I'm currently deciding whether or not to sell. It needs a professional detail and maybe more to get it into the right shape. Given that I'm thinking of selling it, I'm very conscious of how much I spend since I may not enjoy the fruits of the labor. It is in excellent mechanical shape, but the top may need some work, the chromed wheels are not in great shape and my Nakamichi 6 changer CD head unit needs to be repaired. Does someone offer a service for people looking to sell their cars beyond just the detail? If not, that's o.k. as I still need the detail anyway. I'm not looking for this detail to "shine" for a year -- just get me through the next 3 months while I try to sell it.
Please reply with references and pictures as well as pricing. I'm not looking to waste your time and I hope you won't waste mine. I live about 10 minutes from LAX.

Thank you
Roy

Hey Roy,

If the paint is still in decent condition, receptive to being restored as opposed to a repaint, I'd be interested in taking a look.

I'm just north of LAX in Culver City/Marina Del Rey.

You can see my work here

Look under Richards Writeups on the various restorations I've done recently.

You can see various MINI details here
Www.MiniNim.com

For restores I charge $350 to $400 and will spend 12 to 14 hours taking the finish to its maximum potential. I will also freshen up the interior and given time I can do the engine bay as well, again depends on condition of paint. Every job I do, the car looks better than new.

Richard
