I've never heard of one beng OTC, but you could check the yellow pages for a janitorial supply place.

Accumulator has a good idea. My town has a pop. of 350,000 and a janitorial supply place here had 6 Gilmours on the shelf. Now 5.
Check your phone book and phone around first, I bet you'll get lucky and buy locally.
