long beach scratch repair

I am not too good at paint touch up just yet, so I am passing this one along!

Who is in the long beach area that can do touch up repair? I think he has two scratches that are driving him insane!

It's a Black 2007 F-150, and it is not metallic.

Hows the paint on these? Generally hard or soft? I've done plenty of touch ups on JB BMWs but not many other things lol. Recently did a couple on my RX and I can't see them anymore...
