Touch Up paint specialist / LA

Does anybody know of any that can apply touch up paint to a few scratches that I have that is located in/near the LA area? I will provide the paint - this is for a black car.

I'd be willing to do it, my current work and school schedule though kinda makes it tough for me to schedule a touch-up, but I fill deeper scratches with glazing putty sand and airbrush the paint, wetsand and polish lightly, it'll be up to you to fully polish it when cured. If you can tell me what type of paint you have so I can bring the appropriate thinner. Depending on the severity of the scratches I charge between $75-125. I'll be free Friday afternoon and weekend mornings.

Oh and is this a metallic black? If so, just as a warning, there is no perfectly touching up metallics.
