Detail needed prior to storage L.A Area

2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Couple Galaxy Silver
Want to have it clayed, polished, and sealed before storage. Interior is not an issue. I really don't want to spend more than $150 or so not including tip. Is there a place that anyone can recommend that does a really good job and won't burn the paint using a rotary polisher or anything like that? Maybe a private party that does it as a side job? I was going to have it done in San Diego but the car is now in L.A Thanks!
