Need a detailer in Tampa, FL

I've searched and haven't found anything but some really old threads and a couple recent ones that don't really lead me anywhere.

I've got a black 2001 VW Jetta that is in bad need of a detail. About a year ago I spent a lot of time washing, polishing, and waxing it and realized when I put the spotlight on it that it still had a countless number of fine scratches and swirls all over it. Frustrated, I just said "forget it" and left well enough alone. I wash it regularly, and have also noticed a lot of water streaks and spots which I can't seem to get out.

I'm in need of someone in the Tampa area that can get all these scratches, swirls, and water spots out and make this look like a new car on the outside, with the exception of a few blemishes that'll take body work to fix. I'm talking polishing all those spots out, laying on several layers of Zaino or a compound that will really deepen the black paint, and giving it the best wax job it's ever had. I also need the windows polished.
