I'm new to the auto detailing business. I have recently opened a location in a parking deck of a business/retail building. Business have been slow because of weather and the fact that I'm new to the building.
I wanted to know if anyone has any experience working out of a parking deck? And what advice could you give for gaining new customers as well as how to generate business during rainy days? Any advice would be extremely helpful.
Welcome to autopia. Word of mouth is always a good advertising tool. Do some cars for people you know and they will refer you to others. Some other people will chime in too.
