Re: Experienced Detailer Who Just Moved To NC
Brandon - If I am able to attend a meet this summer, and stop on the way in Lexington to get some "westside bbq", I bet you'll have no problem eating it!!!

Re: Experienced Detailer Who Just Moved To NC
Brandon, we need to have it soon - before the vacation season and while the temps are still mild. What do you think?

Speaking of BBQ, I'm in Charleston, SC right now & I'm going to Sticky Fingers. Do you guys have that in NC?

They sell their basic BBQ sauce at mainstream places, otherwise haven't seen an actual location in NC. Did go to the one in Hilton Head, man do they give you alot for what you pay. Not the best, but an easy casual place for decent bbq.

Re: Experienced Detailer Who Just Moved To NC
There use to be one in Myrtle Beach but it closed - don't know why cause like Silva said - you got a lot for the money, and it was always busy when we went.
Brandon - what do you think about getting some BBQ from either Johnny's or Holden's?

Sticky Fingers is pretty good. I am prginally from NC so it hard to peat that bbq. A place called Home Team bbq in west ashley is about the best I have had around here. Welcome to Chucktown.

Ehh, Johnnys is ok, Holdens is ok, as long as it isnt MURPHY HOUSE. The absolute worst food i've ever had.
So we gonna throw around dates? When is everyone around? I say middle/end of may

Re: Experienced Detailer Who Just Moved To NC
Second that on Murphy House! I haven't ate there in 13 years - I had the experience that you don't get over, nothing like food poisoning to make you appreciate the little things in life - like not puking for 3 hours straight.
May is good - name a saturday and I'll adjust the calander accordingly.
