Try one of their starter kits. I think they're only $38 for travel size preshave oil, shaving cream, and aftershave balm. If you don't like the stuff, at least you get a genuine badger brush to keep and use with other products. It's worth a try.

Anything by Billy Jealousy.
I also love Anthony Logistics, Art of Shaving, and Trueffit & Hill
Jack Black is a good one as well.

Re: Men's Care Products...
Could never convince myself to pay $30 for some shaving soap and aftershave lotion, but some of this stuff smells nice enough to replace cologne.
I use some King of Shaves gel for shaving and some Neutrogena lotion I get at W-M for $5. Regular soap for anything else that needs a scrubbin.

Re: Men's Care Products...
They are pricey, but they really last quite a while. I mostly use Geo F. Trumpers and Taylor's of Bond St. One tub can easily last as long as 4 months. They may still be more expensive per shave than what you could get a the local drugstore, but not nearly as bad as what the initial outlay may indicate. (And to me, the quality of the shave is at a different level compared to many of the more readily available brands, not including King of Shaves though as I've never tried that one.)

Re: Men's Care Products...
For a good shave soap try Vander Hagens, for the price of 1.50 its not bad and lasts around 2-3 months. For a cleanser I use Noxema the original in the blue jar. Also works great on sunburned skin. The aftershave by Nivea a little goes a long way.

Re: Men's Care Products...
I've had good luck with the Anthony Logistics line of products as well. Recently I've been turned on to the Men-U line of products. They are ultra concentrated and have locking pump tops that dispense the proper amount of product each time. I'm looking for a new pre-shave oil if anyone has any recommendations.

I like Zirh and Jack Black products. If all else fails, try some Fk 425.

Re: Men's Care Products...
I have been using Neutrogena Men Triple Protect Face Lotion, SPF 20 for the past year and really like it. I especially like the fact that it contains UVA and UVB block. 1.7 oz for about $7 so it's not too expensive . No smelly aroma either.
