Hiarcuts..how often and where?

How often do you get your haircut, and where to you go.. a traditional barber shop or a salon?

I just got mine done.. I usually go 5 to 6 weeks and due to scheduling between the firehouse, the fire academy and detailing, I went almost 10 weeks without one... I hated it ( and me, who had the longhair shag "rockstar" haircut when I was in college

)

I go to a combination barbershop/salon.

Weekly, at a salon (by the owner).

I preferred going to a barbershop, but the guys there simply couldn't do it as well (as they readily admitted when they saw how my current guy cuts it).

Go about 3 week, I hate when my hair is shaggy. I go to a Barbershop because I Love the atmosphere of them. I walk in, everyone knows each other, barber knows exactly how you want your hair cut.

every 4th or 5th week, and i've been getting it cut by the same salon owner for over 10 years...

I get it done about every 4-5 weeks. I have a shop i go to. They seem to hire the best barbers i have seen. I am always impressed with there work. They all come from Lebinon and come over having cut hair for years there, its interesting to hear about being a barber there and starting at 9 or 10.

they also do straight blade the back of the neck instead of the small razor thing.

they do great work and its always fun to go

About every 3 weeks for me at a salon. I like to keep it neat

Every other Tuesday at a local barber shop. Short, neat and squared.

My cut is nothing fancy, I get it done about once a month and I actually get mine done by the same stylist that does both of my kids hair. We have been taking the kids to her for years and followed her when she moved from one salon to the next.

Been going to the same barber shop for the last 10+ years (while I am in NYC.) My harcut schedule changes with occupation. I was getting my hair cut weekly in high and tight in service stateside but let it grow for 2 months then got the bi-weekly touch up while over seas.

Now as a normal person with no need for a skin fade, every 2-3 weeks.

This coming January when police academy starts, I'll be there once a week.

Wow 28 years

I do the same, but the girl that is cutting my hair has only done it for about 2 years, but I think it's great not having to explain how I want it every time I go there, she knows and does a great job.
