Hiarcuts..how often and where? - Page 3

I get my hair cut about every 1 1/2 weeks. My hair grows like a Chia Head. I go to a hair salon ( I befriended the girl who cuts my hair about 20 years ago and have followed her from when she rented space in a barber shop to when she opened her own shop). She now cuts my whole family, extended family, in-laws, etc.

Hows this for a bargain, my wife, son and I get it cut once a month by a hairdresser that comes to our home, and only charges us $20 for the three of us. Plus shes really pretty. Bonus.

Every two weeks for me. So I either go to the barber shop and pay $35 or my cousin comes to my house and I give him $20 either way thats atleast a easy $40 per month on getting my hair cut.

I typically get my hair cut every 5-6 weeks. After reading about some of you guys doing weekly and every other week cuts, I think I will move my increment in to every 3 weeks.

I shave my head every Friday morning. Been doing that for years now!!

Every other week. Do it myself. Clippers with a #1 comb. Shave my neck and use the razor to square off the back at the bottom. Works great. Can't beat the price or convenience. I'm windproof and waterproof. No bed head. No hat hair or helmet hair. And, when I start to go bald, no one will notice (Ha Ha).

I usually got it cut every month or so by my mom. She does the family's hair really well so we don't have to pay anything.

I haven't gotten it cut since August because I'm growing it out to about shoulder length. It's getting there!

Standing appointment every 4 weeks, costs $49AUD each time. That is about the going rate for a salon cut.

Every other month at a Salon. $35 for a cut or $75 if I want highlights (which I have opted out of for quite some time now).

How long have you been doing that?

I did it for about two years, and I eventually got sick of it. I grew it out to a consistent 3cm length and women love the addition of hair. The only thing I miss is having a lack variation.
