Weapons of Mass Distraction

How many of you guys have noticed that some ladies go out of their way to boost up the boobs and flaunt the cleavage, but then take offense (or at least pretend to!) when we take notice of their fine arrangement?

Frankly, I think the gals are using their "Weapons of Mass Distraction" to play cat and mouse game with us.

What say you?

Re: Weapons of Mass Distraction

I agree. These things happen. I talk extensively to my fiancee about female psychology and tactics. I think what's going through their head is: it's ok to look and take notice, but if you cross over to staring mode, then they turn on you.
And staring only has to be a second or two. That was a huge eye opener for me. I thought staring was just that, staring. Nope it only has to be for a split second too long to cross over into creepy territory.

So it is a game, and it's by their rules which usually don't always make sense.
I also hear from her that girls dress fancy for girls not necessarily for guys. They are competitive within their gender.

Re: Weapons of Mass Distraction

To be honest, I look sorta askance at such displays...I can't help but wonder if it indicates some kind of self-esteem issue (gee, aren't you more than your boobs?). A woman with a good bod can look great without dressing that way and I always find that far sexier and more attractive. I kinda assume that women making a big show of it have some kind of issues in play to begin with and talk about a turn-off....

(IMO certain lady's formal wear is a different matter, within the proper context. And yeah, in that case they're dressing for each other more than for the guys.)

If by that you mean staring and drooling, yeah, me too.... j/k

Seriously, it’s scary how many women treat surgery like it’s a fashion thing, little different from getting a perm or buying jeans.

At least with a stupid looking haircut or pair of pants you can just wash/grow it out, toss them in closet then look back and laugh in few years. Going under the knife ain’t the same.

PC.

Yeah...and I find breast enhancement surgery pretty off-putting, even when it's done well. Talk about screaming "issues" OTOH every woman I know who's had it done has been really happy with it, so what do I know

Just get me going on how facial cosmetic surgery usually turns out At least the boob-jobs are usually reversible.

Oh, and *VERY* good quote from Ms. Dickinson

As much as I enjoy and appreciate large breasts, for me real is the only way to go. Can't say I have ever enjoyed hugging dock bumpers.

Re: Weapons of Mass Distraction

I think deep down they enjoy every bit of attention. Why else would they put them out there. Like anything else a female does it just doesn't make sense to us guys and there is no real reason why we should understand it.

I'll walk past those girls with the huge boobs and hanging all out and walk right up to the girls with smaller boobs who happened to keep them in their shirt.

Yeah, that's how I feel about it too

Now on that one I don't agree I don't consider females inscrutable to men...but some things can be so [messed] up that what's going on isn't always apparent (let alone rational, but the same can be said about a lot of men). There can be a lot of inner conflict and other issues related to stuff like the boob displays and it's not like every woman introspects enough to know why she's doing what she does.

I've had a lot of uhm...interesting conversations with lady friends over the years, very enlightening (if sometimes unsettling).

Re: Weapons of Mass Distraction

Boob jobs = Low self esteem

And why is that most women wear makeup? Hm...
