I'm the type of girl who likes a card or letter every now and then - lets me know he's thinking of me.
Flowers are pretty and always appreciated, but not a necessity.

Gifts (flowers, cards, etc.) on rare occasions is good but it shouldn't be
so routine (IMO). It either spoils or bores... |

In that vein... My wife and I just had our 29th anniversary...
I sent her flowers at work... with a card that said.. "If I had to pick more flowers, I'd pick daisys,,,.. and I'd still pick you..."
Since I was on duty at the firehouse, she couldn't send me beer... so she sent me one of my vices.. dark chocolate. It was a fruit basket by Edible Arrangements ( apples, bananas, oranges strawberries, grapes and pineapples dipped in dark chocolate...) yum!

Congrats on 29years. WOW that is amazing for these days and if I even make half that since this is a new day and age where no one my age is focused on what really make a relationship a relationship.
Flowers in exchange for anything car or technology related would make me happy
