Hey guys, just wondering how all of you track your customers, their details, and the details (products) on their details (hehe).
Not only am I looking for a way to track my clients and their details, I'm looking for an easy way to remind me to remind them that it's time for another detail. Do you guys do this or do your customers just call you every few weeks/months?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I use my Treo as I can schedule the appointment, note products used and set reminders for whatever duration for the next appointment.

I also have a few word documents that are for, CALENDAR, PHONE CALLS, and APPOINTMENTS

Definitely use the calendar function in your phone. And when you check in your customers, get their name, address, and phone number. Mail them 3-4 times a year with reminders and specials.
Marketers say you must contact your customer at least 4 times a year or they'll forget you.

I use my outlook calendar on my pc. I just have to remember to keep it updated. LOL!!! | |

I use my iphone... it syncs to my mac whenever i get a new appointment or contact. It seems most of us use smartphones. | |
