I power web sucks

This is the second time this has happened, my hosting company I power web had a main frame go down and my web site and e mail has been down for 2 days, I'm losing a ton of money and I'm pissed. No one can contact me through company e mail, and I can't recieve orders any orders. One customer who happened to have my cell phone called me said when he tried to get my web site up he got a stie that site Perfectautofinish did not exsist. Talk about frustrating, no one at I power gives a **** about their clients. I should of went with a small hosting company before a signed a contract with these people. Gary

Would you not be able to break your contract based on the fact that they aren't delivering on their behalf the service which you are paying for?

Re: I power web sucks

Back when I ran my online business I was involved in the developer community for the merchant software I was running at the time. I dealt with the developers and quite a few hosting companies. If you are looking for a small and dedicated hosting company check out Hostasaurus. I currently have a low volume shared account with them.

I also have experience with Valueweb and I was happy with them. I started out with a shared server then went to a dedicated server and finally collocated my own servers with them. I left them and took my servers over to BellSouth business services when Valueweb's future got a bit cloudy and we weren't sure if we would show up one day to locks on the doors. They seem to have gotten over that rough patch though and are doing fine these days.
