Looking for Sacramento area Autopian detailer

Hello there.

I'm looking for someone in the Sacramento area who does work in the "Autopian" manner. I love detailing but I always end up without enough time to dedicate to a proper detail.

Thanks for the help!

Sounds like he's looking for someone to detail his ride, too.

I've been in Sac every week for the past month, but my back currently precludes me from any detailing. My car is an appauling sight after 2 weeks of no washing. Especially considering all the highway 50/80/101 miles I've been doing!

If you find a good one, let me know too caz there aint' no one in town that can detail worth a squat!

That's basically what motivated me to learn how to detail, as no one in town could do anything that lasted over two weeks.

And uh...no I'm not offering to detail you car either , two cars is plenty enough for me to upkeep...hehe

I just relocated to Sacramento from Boston, and while I'm looking for a new tech job I have time to do a few details. The downside is that I'll probably not have time for subsequent detailing in the future.

I do concours-grade work but I am not quick or cheap. I did Boxsters and 911's in Boston and will only do paint or interior in a single day (6 hours). The work is very tiring for me and I really respect the pros here who do this day in and day out without cutting corners.

PM me if you're interested.

-Charlie

Re: Looking for Sacramento area Autopian detailer

Wow...holy resurrection from the dead...lol. Even my signature is wrong.

There are numerous detailers in town and they range anywhere from $100 to $300. Whether or not they are any good...well I still stand behind my initial response that it's much better to detail it yourself because you put much more attention to your vehicle.

But I can say that Bob's Detail Center off Riverside Blvd in Roseville does a somewhat decent job. Still after two weeks, I would place wax over your car because their wax doesn't last very much.
