Vapor help !!!
I am looking to possibly purchase a vapor cleaner, and used the search function, but I am still on the fence. I looked at the Lady Bug, Modo Vap, and the others in the $300-$500 range.
I heard a lot of bad things about customer service on these machines, and I have 2 $1000+ Mytee extractor machine with heat issues, and do not want to make another costly mistake.
What I am asking is for some recommendations on machines and who to buy from.
Thanks !!!

Re: Vapor help !!!
Hey Dean, I have seen the TR-5 steam cleaner in that price range on ebay. I have talked to some one who has one and is pleased with it. Kevin at Kleen Car Auto Appearance in New Milford, NJ sells steam cleaners as well.Joe

Re: Vapor help !!!
We've had several steamers. Stay away from the TR5 and TR6. Fair equipment and horrendous CS.
We've acquired two VX5000. After 18 months of continuous use, they are invaluable.
$695 - free shipping. Not affiliated, yada, yada...

TR-5 is amazing. Ive never ran out of steam yet. heats up in like 2 minutes and lasts a really long time. I steam everything.

Re: Vapor help !!!
I have a VX5000 as well in my shop. Has been used everyday for the last year or so with no issues. I'll be buying a second in the near future.

Re: Vapor help !!!
Thanks guys !!! I found that customer service is so key on these machines. I currently have 2 Mytee machines with issues and the nearest authorized dealer by me is about 1.5 hours away. Not to mention how much its going to cost to have them repaired $$$.
Been thinking about attempting to service them myself, but not looking forward to it.

Hey Dean- Servicing extractors is not too bad if you are mechanically inclined. It does take up your time which I know can be a problem. BTW, where did you find a lady bug steamer for such a low price?
