Some of the other threads in this forum will help you out...
Start calling detail shops in your yellow pages, and note the ones in your direct area where you will be detailing. (I have 12 pages of shops, prices, numbers and notes) They are your direct competitors. I was able to undercut them by about 10% in my area, but all areas are different.
