Starting mobile detailing advice needed

Im looking into starting a mobile detailing operation here in my country. There is no one offering this service as of right now that I know off and I have looked everywhere to see if theres any competition. I was originally going to open a shop but unable to find one worth getting into in a good location.

Im looking for some advice from the pros. Being that the service is not provided I believe its a good opportunity but also a downside as its a new service that needs to be advertised alot.

Would it be a good idea to look into a fixed site in a business compound. By this I mean renting a spot in a parking lot of a business or something similar.

I read that in the USA theres business buildings that have a detailer on site.

Any advice?

If you rented a spot in a parking lot of a business, you wouldn't be mobile.

Yes there are many detailing businesses in the USA. There are also mobile detailers that drive to wherever the client wants their vehicle detailed.
