My Friend make Spong pad for me for waxing with low cost.

I got problem with DA machine that make my w9000 tear apart around the velcro. So, my friend make it for me in very low cost.

For the cost of 37$ (usd), he can make around 60 pieces.

It's very low cost. On my first picture, this is a prototype. Please look at the roughly and uncircle...

He used the carpet for the backing velcro.
For sure, the spong shoud be very fine and soft. There are a lot of spong types in Bangkok. I can find a soft spong very easy and cheap price.

The result after waxing by DA machine is on the Mecedes black trunk.

That is really great you can get pads that cheap.

I wonder how hard it would be for me to find foam and a backing to try to do the same.

I love this idea! I guess the backing is a felt-type carpet material of some kind... what kind of glue did he use?

Other than just "soft" is there a technical name for the softness or grade of foam he used? Just curious if you or your friend know...

This pic looks like there is still product in circular motions (near the edge of the trunk) or am I seeing things?

Hi Hi I am so glad a hear questions from our friends.

The glue is normal rubber glue (dunlop brand) same as for fixing our shoe. When apply the carpet with spong, we should push pressure or find something heavy stuff put it on top for 30 mins. after that we will make it rounder.

Hi Theveed

I should name it right? so let called it "washmania pads"

I will send it to you please mail me your address
