Kansas City, Kansas

Are there any detailers in Kansas City or Olathe, Kansas? I will coming to Kansas City in a few weeks for training in auto dent repair and have a few questions. I will be attending U.S. Dent which is located off Hwy 35 at 417 N Rawhide Drive (I-35 & Santa Fe), Olathe, KS.

1. What is the cheapest hotel with a kitchen in the area?

2. If I brought my detailing trailer, would I be able to get some side work?

Thanks for any assistance.

Coming to my neck of the woods. I will check on the hotel for you, not sure about the kitchen thing. How long are you going to be here. I would probably check out extended stay America of Residence Inn if you are looking for a kitchen unit. As for side work, not sure. I'm only doing it part time right now and it has been fairly slow lately. It is pretty cold in the mornings, but afternoons are beautiful.

Yea, I coming to your neck of the woods - hopefully. I will know by tomorrow. I am working on getting training for dent repair, touch-up painting, and fabric repair at US Dent. This will help my Detailing business a lot! I will check on Residence Inn and since I am coming from Texas - I guess I better bring pants instead of shorts!!!

I will let you know if I am headed up that way. It all depends on if my loan is approved. Thanks for the assistance.

Cheers

40 degrees - well, I guess Kansas needs to turn up the heat. I will have to break out my pants - a lot of dust on those things.

Well, I am heading to Kansas City first thing in the morning. When I get back from training at the end of December - it will be dent/paint/fabric/leather/window repair along with detailing! Talk to everyone in two months and everyone have a good holiday!

Good luck with the adventure, I hope you don't find Kansas City too awful of a place to be.
