Question Starting a Detailing Business......

I currently have a full time job, which has nothing to do with car detailing......

But I love car detailing and frequently detail "friends" cars for a small nominal fee.....

I am interested in starting a detailing business, on the side, which could turn into my full time business, once I retire from construction management......(possibly not that far away!)...

I am looking for tips and advice from those of you who have done this.....

I would like to start out using my own driveway/garage areas to start. I need to know about advertising, rates, EVERYTHING!

Or possibly any previous posts or threads you could point me to...

Thanks.........Bill.........

(You know your a fanatic detailer when your next-door neighbor says "You've got some serious issues...")
