Need a pro's advice...terrible water spots on aluminum rims PICS

How would you attack these rims to get them decent looking? The lip is bare aluminum and the spokes are painted but not clear coated. I did some testing by hand with Mother's alum polish, tried NEVR DULL, and clayed a bit. Didn't get great results from any of it. Thought about the Mother's power cone perhaps?

So what would you do? Thanks in advance. -Justin

Danase Water Spot Remover, gotta check if it's safe on bare aluminum though.

White vinger should take out the mineral deposits.. Then it's onto a LOT of hand polishing to get it back into shape.. Then seal it up so it dosen't happen again LOL>
