Touch Up Process

hey guys, my bro brushed up against a fence a little on the corner of his front bumper, there no dents and i was thinking this is a good time for me to practice touch up painting, wetsanding, and polishing it all out.

i was thinking of this process: clean surface/surroundings w/ ISA wipedown, touch up scratches, let cure, wetsand (800, 1000, 1500, 2000), compound w/ M105 and pw, polish w/ 106 and white lc pad.

how long do i have to let the touch up paint cure before wetsanding?

how long do i have to let the touch up paint cure before wetsanding?

I would let it bake out in the sun for a week before wetsanding because if its not dry wetsanding will lift the paint right out.
