Not many, heard of some guy AJ in Baton Rouge but I don't know how pro he is. Most of the cars he has listed on his website look like his family's cars.

JDookie, who is a moderator on the site, has been around here for a long time. I don't know if he's a weekend enthusiast or if he details for business. I recall a thread from him a few months back and he was looking for someone in the area to do his truck so I'm not certain.
I don't know of any "pros" from the New Orleans area that visit Autopia. There a few shops around on the southshore and the northshore but most of them are the in and out quick types. You know the shops that do nothing more than wax the vehicle and apply a greasy mess on the tires which coats the painted panels nicely as you drive away. 
As far as AJ goes from what I see he's a newcomer trying to gain some business. It looks like he replied to every thread regarding Louisiana since he joined
