'01 BMW 325i - Black

I really need to put some effort into my picture taking. I hate taking them cuz I know they won't represent what the car really looks like. Anyways........here's the detail.

Customer refered from a friend. Only wanted an exterior only. She just got the car and it had the normal swirls for a 6 year old car. Some water spotting but in pretty good shape otherwise.

Process:

Wash w/Dawn
Clay w/ Megs Clay
Polish:
SIP w/yellow CCS
106FF w/orange CCS
KAIO w/white CCS
Topped w/ DBA and #105x2
Next morning it got AW
I did the wheel wells after I took pics!

Engine cleaned and dressed w/APC and HD

Re: '01 BMW 325i - Black

WOW! I don't know how I get so lucky but every once in a while I get a really doozy of a customer! I get a call Saturday morning at 730AM from this customer saying that she "needed" to come by so I could look at "all the water spots on the back bumper". I tell her that I would be happy to look at it at a normal hour of the day. She tells me that she is on her way out of town and can't imagine having to look at those spots for the whole trip. My first reaction was to ask why she was riding on the trunk and not in the car, but I thought better of it and told her to come by.

She finally rolls in at 10:30!!!! All frantic and attempting to rush me around after making me wait for three hours! She shows me "all" the spots and it was everything I could do to keep from making her dig her on grave. There were three spots between the top of the bumper and the body and four spots in the corner of the trunk jam!

I asked her where the rest were and she looked at me like I had just slapped her with my d$&k!!! "That's it!!" she says. I grabbed an MF applicator and some KAIO, wiped them off, threw some OS over it and asked her if there was anything else. "No...I just couldn't imagine trying to have a good time this weekend knowing that my car looked so bad". I asked her if everything else was good on the car and her response was "OMG YES!! The car didn't look this good when I bought it!!" OK Sybil.....time for your meds!!

I apologized for "her" inconvenience and sent her on her way........
