Black C5 Corvette Convertible
This detail was for a customer of Bay State Motorsports (my work) who purchased this Corvette from us a few months back. She said that she wanted it to look like it did when she picked it up because it looked so good. From the looks of it, you would think that it was never washed in the 4 months she's owned it. I thought I had my work cut out for me, but the paint was actually in great shape underneath all the dirt so I was relieved. I had used Werkstatt on it before and I must say that it held up extremely well.

My process:

Washed exterior & cleaned engine compartment

Buffed complete exterior with OP/RMG mix

Werkstatt's Prime by hand

Werkstatt's AJ

Topped with Souveran

Wicked metal polish on wheels

Super Blue dressing on tires & wheel wells

How did the metal polish work on the clearcoated wheels?
